DESCRIPTION: I sell original marriage certificate. In this sequence of documents from 1929 to 1955 this family changes surname from Jvancich to Giannini (I don’t think by will). And Agostino and Gabriella adapted to the rules of a changing country and in the two great wars the territory of Trieste passed into the hands of various nations and in 1947 it became the Free Territory of Trieste, a UN protectorate. Subsequently in 1954 administered by the Italian and Yugoslav Government (zone A and zone B) with the London Memorandum it will never be made to function as described in the Paris Peace Treaty of 1947. But regardless of the political, economic and cultural implications, the sequence of documents demonstrates the economic and bureaucratic difficulty of a simple locksmith. From a document to reiterate that he is not married (on the registers, but for mother nature he certainly was), from the need for a poverty certificate for the health of his daughter Maria Nerina, to having to pay the Italian taxes of 1955 which were as illegal then as they are now (2024).
